AUGUSTA — Paula Stegall of Augusta and Brian Schones of Port St. Lucie, Fla. have announced the engagement of their daughter, Valarie Therese Schones to Joshua Michael Pomelow, son of Sandra Pomelow of Winthrop and Russell Pomelow of Lisbon.
Valarie is a 2008 graduate of Cony High School, Augusta. She is employed at Brahms Mount in Hallowell and VTS Designs in Augusta.
Joshua is a 2006 graduate of Winthrop High School, Winthrop. He is employed at VIP in Augusta.
A summer 2013 wedding is planned.
