In answer to Nick Logan of Fairfield’s letter of Jan. 10, “Sometimes, retirees just need a little help,” what we did when we elected Paul LePage was to make a huge mistake.
We thought he had the interests of Maine people at heart. Wrong. He wishes only to deregulate industry and make changes that benefit only big business and the wealthy. He cut taxes for the rich and now wants to kick 60,000 people off MaineCare.
We should not make the same mistake again. If you think LePage is bad, wait until you see this happening on a national scale. God save us all. Vote Democrat, please.
