Radon course

A story on page B6 Monday about Radon Action Month contained incorrect information that was provided to the newspaper. The radon refresher training course, sponsored by the Maine Coalition of Home Inspection Professionals, is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Augusta Civic Center. A story on page B1 Tuesday with the headline “Droves protest school move,” about a proposal to relocate Athens seventh- and eighth-graders to Madison Area Junior High School, contained conflicting information about whether the School Administrative District 59 school board acted on the proposal. The board voted to table it until a later meeting. It was an editor’s error.
