Ron Paul’s 2 p.m. campaign stop at Colby College in Waterville is on schedule, despite poor weather that closed area schools, according to Ruth Jacobs, Colby’s associate director of communications this morning.
Paul will speak in the Diamond Building’s Ostrove Auditorium.
