CLINTON — Dogs must be licensed today. A current rabies certificate is needed at the time of registration. Fees are $6 for neutered/spayed dogs and $11 for unaltered dogs. Effective Feb. 1, a $25 late fee will be assessed in addition to the 2012 license fee.
