BELGRADE — Belgrade Regional Health Center will offer a living well seminar beginning in February. The series will focus on self-management of chronic conditions by creating an interactive environment. Participants will discuss coping and relaxation techniques and participate in brainstorming activities with trained co-leaders.

Classes will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, starting Feb. 21, at the health center. The seminar is six weeks long, Feb. 21 to March 27. The workshop covers topics including medication usage, dealing with difficult emotions and communication skills.

The class is free and open to the public. Though the class is targeted towards individuals with a chronic condition, spouses and caretakers are also welcome. For more information, call 215-8438, or sign-up at the health center.
