AUGUSTA — Damien Guy Rogers, 39, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Kennebec County Superior Court to a charge of violating a protective order and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

The charge stemmed from an offense that occurred July 9, 2011, in Waterville.
