BRUNSWICK — Austin Davis, Dakota Bowie and Galen Casey scored two goals apiece to lead Cony to a 9-3 win against Mt. Aararat in Class A hockey action Saturday.

Dallas Clark, Tyler Leet and Aaron Manter added single goals for the Rams while Eric Stuckey, Justin Grant and Zack Pratt scored for the Eagles. Zach O’Connor made 24 saves in goal for Mt. Ararat (5-7-0) while Matt Swan made 17 for Cony (10-3-0).

Greely 6, Gardiner 2: Ben Hackett had a hat trick to lead the Rangers to the Class B win. Aidan Black, Zach Doucette and Mitchell Donovan also scored for Greely (9-3-1). Kyle Kramlich made five saves.

Jeff McAuslin and Hunter Belanger each scored for Gardiner (6-7-0). Bryant Whitley, Ben Fuller and Cameron Sullivan had an assist apiece. Brad Moore stopped 21 shots.

Waterville 5, Gray-New Gloucester/Poland 0: Cody Thibodeau made 17 saves and Dakota Gendreau made a pair of stops to help Waterville to the win.

J.T. Whitten scored three goals for Waterville (3-12-0) while Tom Samson and Lauren Massey each had a goal. Chris Lee and Ben Roy each had two assists.

Jake Simard made 36 saves for GNG/Poland (2-10-1).

Girls basketball

Kents Hill 58, North Haven 21: Emma Curnin scored 22 points and grabbed 20 rebounds to lead the Huskies to the Class D win in North Haven.

Marissa Tarrio added 12 points for Kents Hill (5-5). Mi Jeong Kwon had six rebounds and five steals for the Huskies. Maddie Hallowell led North Haven (4-11) with eight points.

Boys basketball

Valley 42, Piscataquis 27: After being held scoreless in the first quarter, Valley rallied to earn the win at home.

Valley (13-4) held Piscataquis (5-12) to eight points in the second half. Carrington Miller had 17 points and 13 rebounds for the Cavaliers, while Josh West added 10 points. Caleb Wade had six assists for the Cavs.

Tyler French led the Pirates with nine points.
