Saturday at 12:07 p.m., Matthew David Libby, 41, of 46 East School St., Oakland, was summoned on a charge of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, and Craig Omer Ladd, 40, of 275 Taber Hill Road, Vassalboro, was summoned on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
