IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 4:46 p.m., Kelly Jean Walter, 41, of 241 Main St., Fairfield, arrested on charges of operating after suspension, attaching false plates and two warrants, on The Concourse.
Friday at 12:25 a.m., Crystal Gedeon, 26, of 14 Elm St., arrested on charges of operating without a license and violation of conditions of release, on Elm Street.
1:40 a.m., Douglas Pio Jr., 29, of 784 Warren Hill Road, Palmyra, arrested on charges of operating under the influence and OAS, on Percival Court.
