Wednesday at 7 a.m., an animal complaint was reported on U.S. Route 201.

Arrest

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 1:54 p.m., Kevin Paul Wyman, 19, of 768 China Road, Winslow, was arrested on a warrant.
