WATERVILLE — Spectrum Generations Muskie Center will hold its second annual Best Whoopie Pie competition Thursday, March 29, at the Muskie Center, 38 Gold St.

The judges will be Amy Bouchard, owner of Isamax Snacks, and Amos Orcutt, President of the Maine Whoopie Pie Association.

Participates should bring in three whoopie pies between 7:30 and 11 a.m. the morning of the competition. Judging will begin at 11 a.m.

Bakers do not have to be present to win. First- and second-place prizes will be awarded for traditional and most unique whoopie pies. There is a $5 entry fee, proceeds will benefit the Muskie Center.
