FARMINGTON — Mt. Blue School District kindergarten/ pre-k registration dates were recently announced.

* Cape Cod Hill School, 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, March 28.

* Cushing School, 2-5 p.m. Monday, April 2 (by appointment).

* Mallett School, noon-5 p.m. Tuesday, April 3 (by appointment).

Students currently enrolled in the pre-k program at Mallett, Cushing and Cape Cod Hill School do not need to register on those dates.

For registration, parents/guardians need to bring the child’s birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of the child and a completed parental questionnaire and medical history forms.

If the child is four or five years old on or before Oct. 15, 2013, and he/she needs to register for pre-k or kindergarten, call Kim Porter at 778-2771 for a registration packet.

Those who wish to register children at Mallett or Cushing School also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett School, 778-3529; Cushing School, 645-2442.
