IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 12:33 p.m., Robert Joseph Fortier, 22, of 1522 Albion Road, Winslow, was summoned on charges of criminal trespass, escape, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, and on a probation hold; Justin B. Lewis, 25, of 761 East Benton Road, Benton, was summoned on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Friday at 12:14 a.m., Shane Randall Maroon, 26, of 693 Maple Ridge Road, Winslow, was summoned on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
