Nolan Brann, 23, of Farmingdale, refusing to submit to arrest or detention Jan. 29 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Paul J. Brooks, 49, of Union, operating under the influence Feb. 15 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.
