IN FAIRFIELD, Sunday at 9:34 p.m., Andrew Neil Hopkins, 19, of 23 Winthrop St., Apt. 5, Augusta, was arrested on a warrant, and Jarred Dale Smith, 20, of 16 Summit St., Apt. 4, Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.

IN FAIRFIELD, Saturday at 1:24 a.m., James Ryan Anderson, 20, of 77 Rideout Avenue, Apt. 5-1, Lewiston, was summoned on a charge of operating vehicle without a license, and Zane T. Brown, 21, of P.O. Box 154, Solon, was summoned on a charge of permitting unlawful use.
Sunday at 9:34 p.m., Caitlyn R. Bragg, 19, of 112 Eastern Avenue, Apt. 503, Augusta, was summoned on charges of operating after suspension, attaching false plates and possession of a suspended license/permit.
