AUGUSTA — The Maine Senior Farmshare program, a partnership between the Maine Department of Agriculture and farmers throughout Maine designed to provide seniors with up to $50 in free local produce during the summer growing season, is currently enrolling participants.

To qualify, applicants must be Maine residents at least 60 years old or 55 if a Native American. Income restrictions also apply.
