2:30 p.m., Kurt Anthony Rolbiecki, 22, of New Portland, was arrested on warrants, on State Street.

THURSDAY

At 4:10 p.m., Heidi L. Traxler, 39, of Portland, was arrested on charges of theft and violating conditions of release by police responding to a shoplifting complaint at a Western Avenue store.
