IN WINSLOW, Monday at 5:24 p.m., Robert Palmer Berry, 40, of 402 Bangor Rd., Unity Township, was summoned on a charge of failure to register a vehicle, on Route 100-A.

7:22 p.m., Rodney Ryan Lacroix, 23, of 77 Elm St., Apt. 41, Waterville, was summoned on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, on Boston Avenue.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 9:30 a.m., Jeffrey Sanipas, 21, of 43 Redington St., was arrested on two warrants, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

3 p.m., Calleen Whipple, 25, of 20 Crummett St., Benton, was arrested on a warrant, on Center Street.
