I made a very unfortunate mistake on Thursday, April 5. I accidentally left my two diamond rings in the ladies room on the first floor of the Burton Cross State Office Building.

When I realized what I had done, I immediately returned to the ladies room to get my rings. Unfortunately, they were gone.

I have been hoping all day that someone from security or the lobby receptionist would call me and tell me the rings had been found. At this point, that has not happened.

I would like to ask the person who took my rings to please return them to Capitol Police at the Burton Cross State Office Building so they can get them back to me.
