I see lots of polls lately that say Barack Obama is leading Mitt Romney, and that Maine is a blue state, even though we now have a Republican Legislature and governor.

I wonder where these polls come from. I have never been called and don’t know anyone that has.

Most of the people who I talk to definitely will not vote for Obama this time, even though many of them voted for him last time. Anyone who looks at his record will have a hard time coming up with a reason to support him this time. Anyone who looks at how he spends money and uses his office for his own personal pleasure would certainly be discouraged.

I’m reasonably sure that if you compared his White House budget with any of our recent presidents, he spends much more than any of the others. It seems he and his family are on a personal junket (vacation) somewhere every week. It looks like he uses his office just for his personal pleasure, with little thought or time for doing things for his country.

People certainly have an opportunity to vote for anyone they choose but I don’t want someone (Democrat, Republican or whatever) just spending money (yours and mine) or having vacations with little thought about trying to make life better for others, not just themselves. In my opinion, Obama has been a total failure and needs to go. I believe anyone would be better than what we have.
