IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 10:56 p.m., Sarah Rose Higgins, 27, of Searsmont, arrested on charges of failure to appear, three counts of unpaid fines and fees and violation of conditions of release.
IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 11:35 p.m., Kenneth Lachance, 57, of 128 Halifax St., Winslow, arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of drugs.
Also at 11:35 p.m., Ryan Mann, 31, of 150 College Avenue, No. 48, arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of drugs.
