Shane E. Austin, 23, of South Gardiner, operating under the influence Dec. 3, 2011, in Gardiner; $700 fine, 180-day jail sentence with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

Jeremy C. Boyles, 30, of Augusta, attaching false plates Feb. 14 in China; $150 fine.

Brian J. Chase, 36, of Winthrop, owning or keeping animal that kills or injures Feb. 24 in Winthrop; $50 fine.

Mallory L. Cote, 22, of Gardiner, harassment by telephone Feb. 14 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Reed Delisle, 19, of Winthrop, failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, Nov. 26, 2011, in Augusta; $500 fine.

Brian J. Fortin, 47, of South China, harvest operator failure to pay within 45 days Jan. 16 in Windsor; $200 fine.

Shaun A. Gronda, 31, of Skowhegan, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit March 23 in Windsor; $500 fine.

Richard Hardy, 30, of Augusta, operating vehicle without license Feb. 21 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Eugene T. Hassell, 29, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Jan. 28 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence with all but seven days suspended, two-year probation.

Anthony Hawkins, 19, of Oakland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 18 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Dana L. Hills, 36, of Palmyra, fireworks March 18 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Darren J. Hills, 41, of Augusta, two charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, prior July 17, 2011, in China and Sept. 30, 2011 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 10-day jail sentence.

Lisa Lane, 51, of Augusta, assault April 14 in Manchester; $300 fine, 180-day jail sentence with all but three days suspended, one-year administrative release.

James A. Lee, 30, of Palermo, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 4 in Augusta; three-day jail sentence, $19 restitution.

Jon Leonard, 45, of East Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked July 12, 2011, in Winthrop; $500 fine.

Sheldan D. Leppala, 24, of Sabattus, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit Sept. 13, 2011, in Monmouth; $500 fine.

Steven Letourneau, 49, of Monmouth, permitting attachment of false plates Jan. 14 in Monmouth; $150 fine.

James M. Ludder, 46, of Gardiner, OUI, one prior, Feb. 11 in Gardiner; $700 fine, 180-day jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.

Richard Wesley McMillan Sr., 54, of Windsor, violating condition of release April 16 in Windsor; $250 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

Robert L. Messer, 40, of Windsor, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 14 in Windsor; $500 fine.

Robert Michaud Jr., 43, of Sidney, failure to register vehicle within 30 days March 12 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Rachel O. Neves, 24, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Feb. 6 in Augusta; $750 fine.

Luke F. Pelletier, 41, of Sabattus, OUI March 14 in Augusta; $1,000 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license and registration suspension.

Joel M. Severance, 21, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 17 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Scott S. Shepherd, 48, of Augusta, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and assault, Dec. 10, 2011; violating protective order, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and criminal mischief, Nov. 8, 2011; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 7, 2011, all offenses occurred in Augusta; $300 fine, 364-day jail sentence with all but 120 days suspended, one-year probation, $420.46 total restitution.

Justin V. Smith, 26, of South China, using or possessing snare while trapping Jan. 29 in China; $300 fine.

Virgil L. Smith, 54, of China, using or possessing snare while trapping Jan. 29 in China; $300 fine.

William I. Stratton Jr., 39, of Pittston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop March 8 in Pittston; 90-day jail sentence with all but 40 days suspended, one-year administrative release.
