SOUTH CHINA — Erskine Academy students and staff recently attended a Renaissance Assembly to honor peers with Renaissance Awards.
Recognition awards were presented to the following to: Hallee Breton, Gage Currie, Andrew Foster, Morgan Fowle, Kathryn Fraser, Felicia Gove, Taylor Maltese, Simon Rollins, Raechale Sage, Evan Smith, Emily Smithson, Thomas Vigue, and Emma Wilkinson.
Student of the trimester awards were also presented to to following seniors: Marissa Bovie, daughter of Christopher and Susan Bovie of Vassalboro; Hannah Peabody, daughter of Dale and Sharon Peabody of China; Robert Fasano, son of Peter and Cheryle Fasano of Jefferson; Bethany Bernhardt, daughter of Loring and Kim Bernhardt of Vassalboro; and Nicholas Kothman, son of Michelle Kothman of Vassalboro.
Students of the trimester are recognized as individuals who have gone above and beyond in all aspects of their high school careers.
In appreciation of their dedication and service to Erskine Academy, two faculty of the trimester awards were presented to Susan Burke, educational technician, and Rod Robilliard, English instructor, and a special award for community member Lester Davis was presented in appreciation of his many contributions to the school.
