SOUTH PARIS — Nicole Rugan hit a home run and drove in a pair of runs to lead the Cony High School softball team past Oxford Hills 11-6 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Friday afternoon.

Winning pitcher Sonja Morse had a pair of singles and two RBIs. Molly Russell and Maggie Russell each drove in a run as well. Maggie Russell had a triple, double and a single for the Rams (4-0).

Molly Russell had a triple and a double. Morse struck out 12 and allowed just four hits.

Annika Kahtionen had a triple and two singles to lead Oxford Hills (2-2).

Baseball

Oxford Hills 7, Cony 2: Logan Sanborn pitched a six-hitter and struck out six as the Vikings defeated the Rams in South Paris.

Dalton Rice singled three times and Dylan Cox had two doubles for Oxford Hills (3-1).

Chandler Shostak and Chase Shostak each singled twice for Cony (0-4).

Boys lacrosse

Messalonskee 15, Edward Little 4: Ben Weeks scored four goals to lead the Eagles past the Red Eddies in Auburn.

Nate DelGiudice had three goals and four assists for Messalonskee (3-2). Luke Vigue, Ryan Erskine and Jodan Holmes each scored twice for the Eagles. Jake Smith made four saves in the win.

Trevor Haley led Edward Little (2-2) with three goals.

Hebron 5, Kents Hill 2: Will Hoffman scored two goals and Jared Cockrell stopped 13 shots, but it wasn’t enough for the Huskies.

Sam Cloutier scored two goals to lead the Lumberjacks. Lonnie Taylor, Trevor Buchas and Nico Manganiello also scored for Hebron whikle Pat Shelley earned the win with 14 saves.
