WATERVILLE — The Atkins Printing Service downtown will close later this month after 102 years in business, because of the tough economy and inability to effectively compete in an evolving marketplace, according to co-owner Jim Mitchell.

Free driftwood at Fort Halifax Park Saturday
WINSLOW — Winslow Parks and Recreation Department will conduct a free driftwood event from 8 a.m. to noon. Saturday at Fort Halifax Park. The public will be allowed to gather wood on their own on a first-come first-serve basis.
