WATERVILLE— The City Council will tour a house at 167 Water St. at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and then discuss the proposed budget at 6 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center.
The Water Street house was taken by the city for nonpayment of taxes.
At the meeting in the council chambers, councilors will review proposed budgets for parks and recreation, public works and capital improvements, and discuss revenues and potential budget changes.
