AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:
* Devan Basinet, 21, of Jefferson, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug Nov. 9, 2011, in Gardiner; three-year jail sentence, with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine.
* Christopher L. Brown, 37, of Augusta, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five-year jail sentence, all suspended, two years of probation, $2,015 restitution.
* Sedric B. Burch, 39, of Richmond, illegal possession of a firearm Dec. 2, 2011, in Gardiner; three-year jail sentence, with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation.
* Michael S. Cummings, 33, of Litchfield, reckless conduct Feb. 26 in Litchfield; 14-day jail sentence.
* Melinda Darveau, 39, of Augusta, criminal trespass Nov. 29, 2011, in Augusta, 48-hour jail sentence, $250 fine, $100 restitution.
* Ricky L. Haley, 49, of Farmingdale, burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 12, 2011, in Readfield; three-year jail sentence, with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, $7,000 restitution.
* Eric D. Kaulback, 27, of Oakland, operating under the influence Jan. 1 in Waterville; 96-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
* Michael J. Knapp, 30, of Detroit, operating under the influence Jan. 15 in Waterville; 10-day jail sentence, $700 fine, three-year license suspension.
* Ryan Paul Mann, 31, of Oakland, violating a protective order and violating condition of release April 26 in Oakland; 364-day jail sentence, with all but two days suspended, one year of probation.
* Michael Meader, 38, of Augusta, unlawful possession of oxycodone March 21 in Augusta, nine-month jail sentence, $400 fine.
* Andrew T. Prior, 23, of Rome, burglary Feb. 7 in Vassalboro; 15-month jail sentence, $1,500 restitution.
* Matthew Shellman, 33, of Augusta, criminal mischief Oct. 14, 2010, in Pittston; $200 fine.
* Eric Edward Skidgell, 29, of Litchfield, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to make oral or written accident report Jan. 28 in Litchfield; domestic-violence assault, criminal mischief, violating condition of release and assault April 10 in Farmingdale; 364-day jail sentence, with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $900 in fines, up to $500 restitution.
* Ronald C. Willey, 28, of Vassalboro, operating after habitual offender revocation Aug. 3, 2011, in Winslow, 30-day jail sentence, $500 fine.
