SMITHFIELD — The Pine Tree Camp ATV Day will be Saturday, June 30. A police escort will lead the group at 10 a.m. from Kincades gravel pit, in the center of Smithfield, to the Pine Tree Camp. There will be a one-mile ATV tour/ride at the camp.

Raffle tickets will be sold for an small cabin students from Somerset County Technical Center are building. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the camper-ship fund.

The group will return to the Smithfield Elementary School where firemen will host a chicken barbecue. Cost is $8 per plate. Proceeds will benefit the purchase of equipment for the fire department.
