IN FAIRFIELD, Monday at 7:54 a.m., Jared Dale Smith, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Monday at 3 a.m., Conrad E. Nile, 37, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.
