FARMINGTON — Nick Hilton pitched a complete-game shutout as Mt. Blue topped Hampden, 4-0, in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A baseball game Wednesday afternoon.

Hilton allowed three hits, struck out four and walked one for Mt. Blue (5-9). The Cougars scored three runs in the third inning then tacked on an insurance run in the fourth on an RBI single by Chris Wells.

Jordan Whitney had two doubles, while Matt Crowley had one for Mt. Blue.

Hampden falls to 8-6.

Bangor 10, Skowhegan 0, 6 innings: Curtis Worcester threw a perfect game for the Rams, who avenged their only loss of the season with the win at Mansfield Stadium in Bangor.

Worcester struck out seven, and Bangor (14-1) broke the game open for him with six runs in the fifth inning.

“We hit some line drives, but they were right at them. They made the plays,” Skowhegan (6-9) coach Rick York said.

Carl Farnham and Brendan Moore each doubled for Bangor.

Messalonskee 4, Lawrence 0: Patrick Breton pitched a complete game shutout as the Eagles beat the Bulldogs in a KVAC A game in Oakland.

Reed Nutter had two singles, while Travis St. Pierre had a double for Messalonskee (9-5).

Josh Doolan had a double and Alex Leathers pitched a complete game for Lawrence (1-13).

Lewiston 2, Erskine 1, 8 inning: Senior Corbin Hyde pitched a no-hitter and Alex Small singled home the winning run as the Blue Devils edged the Eagles in a battle of KVAC Class A powers in Lewiston. Hyde, who struck out 13 and walked two, gave up an unearned run in the fourth after Erskine’s John Suga walked and stole second.

Tyler Belanger, who left after gviing up a single to Eric Soucy in the eighth, allowed just two hits. Ryan Pulver came on and eventually gave up the game-winning hit that scored Soucy. Lewiston is 11-3, Erskine is 9-5.

Forest Hills 0-14, Greenville 14-6: The Tigers scored eight times with two outs in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat the Lakers in the second game of a doubheader in Jackman.

Matt Turner singled to score Brandon Ouellette to give Forest Hills (7-7) the lead. The Tigers went on to score seven more times. Forest Hills lead 6-4 after the first inning, thanks to a grand slam by Derick Ouellette and a two-run home run by Ryan Petrin.

Greenville (10-1) scored eight runs in the fifth inning of the first game to win in a game shortened to five by the mercy rule.

Nokomis 8, MCI 5: Justin Kazprzak hit a two-run double in the fifth inning to give the Warriors the lead and eventual win over the Huskies in Pittsfield.

Justin Amoroso picked up the win on the mound for Nokomis, which improved to 7-7 on the regular season.

Dylan Watrous had a double for MCI, which dropped to 0-15 on the season.

Boys lacrosse

Camden Hills 18, Mt. Blue 3: Nick Linscott scored six goals as the Windjammers beat the Cougars in a KVAC B game in Farmington.

Max Mercier added four goals and three assists, while Will Clapp had three goals and one assist for Camden Hills (4-7).

Ryan Rouillard had two goals and JT Williams one for Mt. Blue (0-11).

Messalonskee 13, Edward Little 6: Luke Vigue, Ryan Erskine and Ben Weeks each scored three goals to lead the Eagles in a KVAC A game. Carl Smith, Jordan Holmes, JT Towle and Nate DelGiudice also scored for Messalonskee (7-4).

Trevor Haley scored three goals to pace the Red Eddies (7-4).
