FAIRFIELD CENTER — The Fairfield Historical Society Quilt Show committee is looking for quilts, old and new, to display at its biennial quilt show. The show is set for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, July 21, and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at the North Fairfield Friends Meeting House, Route 104.

Organizers seek quilts that reflect a broad spectrum of quilting skills. They are also be interested in antique quilts and art quilts. The show will feature quilts from the society’s collection. Also, recycled quilting magazines will be for sale.

Admission will cost $3 per person. Refreshments will be available.

Anyone interested in loaning quilts can deliver them to the Fairfield History House, 42 High St., on Tuesdays. Alternative arrangements can be made for drop-off or pickup.
