Arrests

IN DETROIT, Wednesday at 4:36 p.m., Leroy Dwayne Malcolm, 29, of Detroit, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 3:48 p.m., James Ryan Anderson, 20, of Lewiston, was arrested on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Thursday at 9:58 a.m., Crystal Marie Mullens, 23, of New Bedford, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.
