IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 12:02 a.m., Prince Benjamin, 26, of 17 Willard Way, Kennebunk,  arrested on a warrant, as well as a charge of domestic violence assault, on North Street.
3:30 p.m., Casey A. Clark, 21, of 18 Main St., Fairfield, arrested on a warrant, at the Police Department.
Wednesday at 12:02 a.m., Michael Shepard, 34, of W8424 Highway Avenue, Shiocton, Wisc., arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Spring Street.
1:31 a.m., Roy E. Willey, 51, of Cherryfield, arrested on charges of expiration of license over 90 days and OUI, on Summer Street.
