NORRIDGEWOCK — Mill Stream School fifth-grade teacher Cheryl Brigham recently announced the results of the Bottles for Bats fundraiser organized by students.
More than 5,500 bottles were collected and more than $400 will be donated to the WILD Center to benefit the Bat Conservation Initiative. Derek Small, founder and executive director of the Initiative, will visit the school to present certificates to students. Students Kaitlyn Cherkassky, Chloe Therriault, Kayleigh Therriault, and Kayla Strout will present him with the money raised.
