As the Democratic primary vote on June 12 approaches, I hope people will take some time to learn about Gay Grant, candidate for House District 59, which includes Gardiner and Randolph.
She isn’t one of the “usual suspects,” and she isn’t the typical politician. Gay owns a small business that has helped boost local organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club and Gardiner Area High School.
She has been involved in numerous charities in Gardiner and Randolph, but hasn’t sought personal recognition.
Gardiner is Gay’s lifelong home and where she raised her family, and she’s married to a Randolph native. Gay is an independent thinker and motivated only by getting results for our community and state.
I’m a former legislative staffer, and I know Gay Grant will be a great presence at the State House.
