Students, parents and staff at Solon Elementary School celebrated the last day of the 3rd year of the Mighty Milers running and walking program on Wednesday. Teacher Tanya Carey said most of the 105 students have finished a marathon, 26.2 miles, and earned a medal or a T-shirt. Wednesday’s event coincided with the National Running Day.
