CROOKSTON, Minn. — Jessica L. Charles of Belgrade Lakes was recently named to 2012 spring semester chancellor’s list at the University of Minnesota. Her major is animal science.

To qualify for the chancellor’s list, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded credits and attain a 4.0 grade-point average.
