What happened in the governor’s State of the State message, in which he pledged to do all he could for the educational needs of the children of the Maine?

It seems that the passion he showed for this idea has waned, does it not? I understand the concept of talk the talk, but walking the walk is what leadership is all about. Does the governor?

And, by the way, what was that with the “smiley face” attachment alongside his veto signature?
