IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 9:49 p.m., Andrew Lee Maheu, 25, of 296 Main St., Apt. 2, Waterville, was arrested on charges of unsworn falsification, carrying a concealed weapon and violating condition of release and on a warrant.
