IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 2:39 p.m., Michael S. Rouze, 47, of Embden, was arrested on a warrant.

2:43 p.m., Deanne Elaine Ostbye, 29, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

5:34 p.m., Lorraine Hodgdon, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

Wednesday at 8:05 a.m., Chelsea Jean Walker, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence.

9:05 a.m., Amanda S. Dunham, 24, of Morrill, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9:25 a.m., Dillon P. Howes, 18, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.
