FARMINGTON — Sandra P. Goodwin was recently named vice president, loan administration at Franklin Savings Bank. She will oversee the bank’s lending functions; managing the loan department as well as lending activity at six branches.

Goodwin has nearly 30 years of banking experience in western Maine, most recently as a vice president and regional market manager and area sales manager for Bangor Savings Bank.

She is an honors graduate from the National School of Banking in Fairfield, Conn. She also earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in history and political science from the University of Maine, where she was on the dean’s list and graduated summa cum laude.
