Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 1:23 a.m., Kayla M. Milbury, 21, of 4 Abbott St., Waterville, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Temple Street.

1:33 a.m., Jonathan David. Richards, 21, of 301 Bogg Road, Albion, was arrested on a charge of failure to give correct name, address, date of birth on Summer Street.

Summons

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday, Ryan L. Smith, 37, of 21 Elm St., Apt. 1, Waterville, was summoned on a charge of possession of a suspended license.
