Bates, Gordon win in Windsor
WINDSOR — The chairman of the board of selectmen, Ray Bates, won another three-year term Tuesday and Daniel Gordon will be joining him there. Bates received 164 votes, and Gordon,160. A third candidate, Joseph Greenwood, received 119 votes. Results are unofficial.
