IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 12:23 p.m., a theft was reported on Grove Street.
12:55 p.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported on Main Street.
3:24 p.m., fraud/forgery was reported at the Big Apple on Elm Street.
3:45 p.m., harassment was reported on Eight Rod Road.
4:16 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Hannaford, at JFK Plaza.
4:17 p.m., a fire was reported at Huhtamaki on College Avenue.
4:36 p.m., threatening was reported on Forsythe Terrace, off Louise Avenue.
4:40 p.m., threatening was reported on Front Street.
5:41 p.m., fireworks were reported on Green Street.
6:36 p.m., a burglary was reported on Pine Street.
6:58 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Hannaford, at JFK Plaza. A youth, 17, was arrested on two warrants, as well as a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, according to the report.
8:54 p.m., fireworks were reported on Green Street.
9:17 p.m., criminal mischief was reported near King and Gold streets.
11:24 p.m., a caller from Village Green Road reported receiving an harassing/obscene phone call.

IN CLINTON, Monday at 4:24 p.m., Wayne Herscheal Basford, 60, of 22 Basford Road, Detroit, arrested on charges of operating while license  suspended or revoked, and violation of conditions of release, on Hinckley Road.
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 1:50 p.m., Judith Kelley, 68, of 94 Front St., Apt. 2, arrested on a warrant, at the Police Department.
