AUSTIN, Texas — Julie A. Meckley of Skowhegan was recently installed as district deputy to the Elks national president for the lodges in the Central District of the Maine State Elks Association.

Meckley was installed at the Order’s 148th Elks National Convention in Austin. She will serve a one-year term.
