The use of the city-owned land at Head of Falls has been under much scrutiny over recent months, most notably for its potential as a public gathering and festival space.
Maybe I am missing something here, but coming right up on the calendar is the Taste of Waterville, arguably our biggest annual local outdoor festival.
This year were celebrating a milestone anniversary with a big concert by noted artist Eddie Money.
So why are we closing the Concourse to traffic and parking that day for use as a festival and concert space, and parking cars at the Head of Falls?
