10:44 p.m., criminal mischief was investigated on Kidder Street.

Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 11:15 a.m., Alexandra Wysote, 23, of 44 Sheldon St., Apt. 7, Farmingdale, was arrested in Farmingdale on a robbery charge stemming from a June 12 pharmacy robbery at Walmart on Waterville Commons Drive.

10:38 p.m., David Heuerman, 30, of 59 Meadow Lane, Burnham, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 11:36 p.m., Joseph Ernest Barba, 49, of 243 Main St., Waterville, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release, on Benton Avenue.

Summonses
IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 9:29 p.m., Matthew Joseph Buiniskas, 24, of 22 King St., was summoned on charges of allowing a dog to be at large, keeping an unlicensed dog, keeping a dangerous dog and failure to take rabies prevention measures for a dog, on King Street.
