FAIRFIELD — The annual Senior Citizens’ Appreciation Day will be, rain or shine, Friday, Aug. 10, at Fairfield Community Center. Chicken barbecue will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the Town Office. Deadline for tickets is Friday. For more information, visit fairfieldme.com.
