AUGUSTA — Three people were sentenced this week in cases heard in Kennebec County Superior Court:
Ryan Barrows, 23, of South China, terrorizing Aug. 1 in Augusta; four-day jail sentence.
Joshua Guess, 18, of Augusta, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession of alcohol by a minor May 29 in Augusta; four-day jail sentence (to be served in the alternative sentencing program) $300 fine, up to 60 restitution, 30-day license suspension.
Bobbi Jo Smiley, 34, of Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 3, 2009, and forgery between Aug. 19 and Aug. 30, 2009, both in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation.
